'MyAccount' is an online service that lets you view and manage your account seven days a week.

Whether you're changing address or sending a meter reading, My Account will provide you with a quick, simple and secure way to let you manage your account online.

To register you will need:

1. The first 8 digits of your customer number. This can be found on your bill.
2. For security purposes we will need the surname and post code associated with this account exactly as it appears on your bill.
3. A valid email address. This is the email we will use to communicate with you from now on. Any previously stored email addresses will be removed.

Registered customers can:

  • Pay online
  • Change contact details
  • View meter reading history
  • Update us about a move
  • View payment plan details
  • View other ways to pay
  • View billing and payment history
  • Request paperless billing
  • Apply for a water meter
  • Apply for a leak allowance
